I wanted to give you a soft reminder that if you want some additional support for this big week of change management, my gift call tonight is just that support with a twist. 

That headline of  3 Steps, or 5 steps, or the 7 things you must do to... is actually a pet peeve of mine.  Advertisers spend billions to know that we all want something simple, manageable and 'packaged' if you will to help us with love, work, health challenges.

On overload, we genuinely long for a bite-sized solution.  There's one big problem with this.  Trust me, in my 30's I consumed more of these programs than anyone I knew.  And most of them didn't come close to working.

You know why?  Not because I didn't do what they said - oh on the contrary - I was usually quite disciplined about it.

But they didn't fit ME.  Some worked for many of the people some of the time, but not most of the people because WE AREN'T ALL ALIKE!  If you've bit on these tempting solutions and they haven't fit, stop beating yourself up... this might be a good reason why.

My twist on tonight's call is you have you look at your hands when you ask questions and you can bet the answer is going to be a closer fit to what works for you because it's tailored to you. 

All you have to do is call in.  That's right... just call and ask.  Ask and you shall receive.  This is my work and I love it... Giving you a bigger picture of you, using your gifts and talents right on hand to help you navigate whatever is right in front of you.

Suddenly that challenge can be an amazing stepping stone, your wishes have a concrete way of happening when you use the strengths right there at your fingertips.  I want to show you how to see them, see you.  Literally...the answers are right in your hand.  No charge...
