The quick answer to that is YES, you are gifted.  Yet, some people are born with specific markings that highlight a more public contribution you are here to make.

 

If that's the case, it helps to know how to benefit from that talent without paying too high a price.  Because there is a price to pay for being 'gifted'.  What you have on hand helps you get the most out of those abilities paying too dearly to harvest those talents.
